How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
When you call or send a request through Spacecm Pest Control, you are connected with an independent provider in the Mentor area. That provider is a local business with its own staff, trucks, prices and schedule.
The provider does the inspection, the treatment and the follow-up. Spacecm Pest Control only makes the introduction. Nobody here will pretend otherwise.
What Happens on the Call
First, you describe the problem. Keep it simple. What did you see or hear? Where in the home? How long has it been going on?
Next, the provider may ask a few questions about your house, such as whether it has a basement, an attic or a crawl space. Then they will talk about next steps, which often means an inspection and a written estimate.
If the provider cannot help with your issue or area, say so. A different one in the network may be a better fit. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What to Ask a Provider
A short list of questions can make the choice much easier:
- Are you licensed and insured for this type of work in Kentucky?
- What do you think is causing the problem?
- What methods will you use, and are they safe around children and pets?
- Is the estimate in writing, and what does it include?
- Is there a follow-up visit, and what happens if the problem returns?
- What should I do at home while I wait?
Write the answers down. They are easy to compare later.
You Are in Control
You can ask for more than one estimate. You can ask for time to think. You can say no. Good providers expect that, and the choice is always yours.
Be careful with anyone who pushes you to sign on the spot. A calm, clear explanation is a better sign than a rushed one.
Costs vary by pest, home size and how far the problem has spread. Treat any number you hear on a first call as a rough range, and ask for the final figure in writing.
